Lower Hyalite Group Site is a scenic group campground located just south of Bozeman, Montana, within the Gallatin National Forest. Situated next to Hyalite Creek at 5,000 feet elevation, it offers a large shelter, picnic tables, and a campfire ring, accommodating up to 100 people for both overnight camping and day-use picnicking. The surrounding Hyalite Canyon is rich with outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and climbing, with Hyalite Reservoir and the popular Hyalite Peak Trail nearby.
