Uinta River Group Campground offers a large group site for up to 150 people along the Uinta River near Roosevelt, Utah. Nestled in a Ponderosa pine meadow at 7,600 feet, it provides excellent opportunities for fishing rainbow, brown, brook, and cutthroat trout. Visitors can also explore the High Uintas Wilderness via the Uinta River Trailhead, enjoying hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, and backcountry fishing in numerous sparkling lakes.
