Yellowbottom Recreation Site is a closed campground offering day-use access to Quartzville Creek Wild and Scenic River. Visitors can enjoy a one-mile hiking trail through old-growth forests, opportunities for gold panning, fishing, and swimming in a beautiful swimming hole. While camping is indefinitely closed, the day-use area remains open, and nearby Old Miner's Meadow group campsite is reservable on Recreation.gov.
